Been working on this collection for awhile. Kennedy silver proofs from 1964 to 2023 with gaps when no silver proofs were struck, only clad, no clad in this collection. High lights, type 1 and 2 1964, the three from sms, 65,66,67, then the rest of the 40%, including 1776. Then in 1992 silver is back, check out 1998 matte finish, all 5 from 2014 and 2018 reverse proof. maybe someday I can add the 2014 gold.

Nice work!! Congrats on filling it.

Also, if this is your SILVER proof set, then I wouldn't worry about that 2014 gold coin, as it wouldn't really belong with the others. For years, I had two open spots in my Canadian Silver Dollar album saved for the two 2003 gold dollars. A couple years ago I decided against them, pulled their empty 2x2's out of my binder, and shifted all the following dollars to where they now live forever.

Wow. Impressive. I'm working on filling my Dansco albums now. Looking to buy all clads and silvers after 1992. A work in progress.

Beautiful set!

The 1998 Matte is one of my favorite coins.

I admit to letting my set go for awhile now. When the US mint DOUBLED the price of its silver proof sets and proof ASEs (forgot the year now...2020?) for no reason but greed (which I hate), I cancelled both my subscriptions and let the sets stagnate. Every time I thought about adding another half or ASE one I was reminded of the greed and it killed the fun for me.

Great collection of Kennedy half dollars. I too have these in my collection except the 1964 accented hair variety.

thank you for all your kind words, wish the pics were better, but I have a problem with shiny coins in plastic caps. Do I have them all? did I miss any?
