Okay...there's no explanation or question here. Are we supposed to guess at what you mean?

I think the die is slightly misaligned but nothing significant enough to impart any error value to the coin; within normal mint tolerances.

If your referring to the ridge under IGWT I think that's from a deteriorated die. The mirrored reverse you speak of is pretty common on wheats.

Okay...I see nothing here about a misaligned die. It's normal.

John is correct in that the area affected in the motto is Die Deterioration.

And I've never seen the reverse of any cent minted with the words backwards. I just figured that part was a joke.

Must be a mirrored foreign planchet. It's in the medal position :)

Not mirrored, just flipped to show the affected area on the reverse line up with the affected area on the obverse. They seemed to coincide.

I did add the question mark in the title. Sorry I didn't explain further. I thought it was fairly obvious.

Deteriorated die, thanks John!

That would explain what is going on with the 1980's cents a little better on the motto.
Rest in Peace

It's not in the medal position, it's flipped in a photo program. No amount of rotation will make that reverse correct.

If that reverse actually looks like that, it's either incredibly rare or doctored.
