And it's not the first 'unsearched' roll with a 1916 mercury and VDB penny ended roll he has sold. AMAZING how those possible keys just happen to be at the end of every roll he sells. Weird thing is some have sold for $250 and got good feedback!

either they are inexperienced in numaristics or they are nieve in the fact that those are unsearched rolls.Either way I think it is stupid to bid on something like this.I believe that 100 percent of these rolls listed like this on ebay are faked.

scubu, that is unreal! At least now we know exactly what are in the rolls! I would be he has been doing this a very long time with multiple ebay listings and just bids them up himself! Maybe even buys them himself and leaves glowing feedback. Makes me sick!

Says he's selling his and his father's collection because he has MS and his kids/grandkids don't have any interest in it.

Sure is buying a lot of stuff for a guy who's liquidating everything.

he is 70 years old? Those fingers do not look like they are from a 70 year old. I wish we could out him some way.

so he paid 4.75 for the 1916 dime and placed it inside a roll of Cents and sold it for $125.00, heck of a business he has going on there. You would think at least he would have a different buyers account so you couldn't trace back every coin on the ends of the roll to one he purchased not in a roll including the 1909-VDB he purchased with 11 other Lincoln cents

Why would anyone think a Mercury dime would be at the end of a roll of wheat cents anyway?
As P.T. Barnum said, there's a sucker born every minute.

Bidding/buying these rolls is not a big deal in and of itself. You simply dont pay more than the value of the enders. The problem here is a LOT more than value was paid. But if folks are going to pay that, more power to him.

I think it's that bidders are either being tricked and don't care and/or overpay for items just because they want them.
