I'm in the process of finishing my 20th century type set and think I need just one more coin to complete which is a bicentennial Ike. Please let me know if I've missed anything

Barber half, quarter, dime
Morgan dollar
Peace dollar
Wheat cent
V nickel
Walking Liberty half
Standing Liberty quarter
Mercury dime
Buffalo nickel
Jefferson nickel
Silver War Nickel
Steel war cent
Franklin half
Washington silver quarter
Kennedy 90%
Washington clad quarter
Kennedy 40%
Kennedy clad
Washington bicentennial quarter
Kennedy bicentennial
Ike clad
Ike bicentennial
Lincoln Memorial cent
Susan B
Zinc cent

Am I missing anything that you all notice? I'm thinking the 40% bicentennials are he only thing I might have missed but not sure if they are considered in the set because I don't believe they were minted for circulation which is why I excluded them.

Indian Head cent
Roosevelt silver dime
Roosevelt clad dime
Washington "state" quarter (they started in 1999)

Does your version of the 20th century end in 1999 or 2000? If the latter, also Sacagawea dollar.

Gold, obviously, but that probably wasn't skipped accidentally.

Maybe there should be a "U.S. General" forum?

There's a lot of American topics that end up here... but this is the "non-country specific" forum. Just because it straddles the line between modern and classic doesn't mean it's not country-specific.

1909 VDB is usually part of a 20th century type set, as well as a non VDB/non steel Wheat cent.
Also you should have both a Buffalo nickel on mound, and on plain as well as a clad and silver Roosevelt dime.

Oops I forgot the Indian head and Rosie's. Yeah I'm ending in 1999 and not doing gold coins. I don't currently have an album for them just set up in my desk for right now. So I guess I need a mound buff and vdb penny as well. I have some State Quarters but maybe I'll get an MS set for the 99's

Here's a list you may want to consider using. It's pulled from the PCGS registry. There are other ones that are more detailed but require more coins. This one uses a total of 39 coins

In my 20th C set I have also included the commemoratives, classic half, a modern silver and clad half, as well as a modern silver dollar.
I also have a silver eagle, but I am kinda wishy washy if it should be there but what the harm in having an ounce of silver.
and something I don't see mentioned is getting all five mints D,P,S,O and W.

You could include the U.S. Philippines (1903-1945) in your 20th century set.

I moved this to US Modern because of the overlap.

If you'd like a folder for this collection, I have one I'll give you. I have this one just sitting around:

https://www.whitman.com/store/Inven...y-Type-Coins

I didn't like not being able to see both sides of the coins, which is why I stopped using it, but if you like folders its yours.
