But.... I cant help it! I don't feel right when I don't look at every single coin that I get as change. Have I ever found anything amazing? Nope.. Will I let that discourage me? Nope... Will I ever stop looking at my change? NEVER!! Lol! So here I am, I'm 37 year old female who would like to say hello from Modesto, California. I enjoy reading other people's topics and I can see that there is a wealth of knowledge here. I posted a topic already about a blue penny that baffles me. Found out it's probably not worth a thing but if it's pretty and I like it that I should keep it. So I'm keeping it! I don't know how but I'm destined to rich! Lol! (A girl can dream) I also make coin tables. I like pennies. I glue them to a table top in patterns or designs. I like to use antique coffee tables or side tables mostly. Then I finish the tables off with resin that evens out the surface and looks just like glass. I find the process relaxing. I thought about selling them but haven't yet. I plan on trying soon. Because at the rate it's going my claim to fame won't be by any coin I find better odds by turning money into art. Well that's me a nutshell. Any questions? Fire away!

That table is really cool! It's a good way to keep Zincolns from falling apart every time it rains I like cents, too. My other interests are in my signature. Good to have you with us and I hope you find your Prize in your next handful of change.

!! Love the table and especially that making these gives you the opportunity to look through SO many more Lincolns than you would come across in your pocket change. Yes, keep looking! Love the table!

"Yes and WHY do you need $500 in pennies?!" "Working on a table." Great excuse.

Great table! Here's mine -- I took the easy way out, with just a sheet of acrylic instead of resin. My first attempt, so I can do better next time. Welcome to CCF!

Without the acrylic, if the table gets old, worn out or broken, you can still spend the coins!

Hey Obsessed, I'm Crazy! I do old furniture remakes as well, no coins yet but have seen one done out of cull Morgans with Buffalo's butts as fillers, now that was different!
