Beautiful! Nice example of the first double cent. I'm between XF45 and AU50, about 30 points higher than mine. Fair price in my book

Many of these coins are doctored. I've never been good at detecting that. Can you see any indications in hand?

Nice 45. Hopefully not cleaned or dipped. The color looks odd here but photos of old copper is always tough.

A little Grease Fill in the center of reverse, which isn't unusual.

I don't have it in hand but will update when I get it. Thanks for your comments.

I have some concerns about porosity in the obverse surfaces. Will check it carefully when I get it.

AU-50, and the colour does look pretty odd. I would think Details from those pictures.

AU-50 details. I question the surface color which looks like a cleaning. Also the surface shows some minor pitting.
