1969 D Roosevelt Dime Mint Error - Partial Missing Clad

I stopped in a coin shop on my travels today and bought this dime. It looks like a lamination flake, or some sort of clamshell was going on with the natural separation along the vertical line. Then either by natural causes, or more likely by someone bending it until it popped off, it was fully separated along the horizontal line.

So maybe not a perfect error as I can't be too sure this occurred during the strike or even while it was at the mint, but I just liked it and that's sorta what counts with collecting.

With the design weak on the obverse, it peeled off after the strike. It should be under weight.
