If that is a Cud, it sure is strange looking with the 'boarder' of raised metal that is up against the device.
Can we see the reverse side of this coin? (in the area of the ' Cud' from the obverse) There should be a weakness showing there.

The obverse will show weakness on that device on the opposite side of the Cud coin strike.
