Can we get a picture of the front and pack of the slab. I am not aware of a city in Texas called Planco. There is a Plano TX.

I'd like to know the grade on the slab. Is it labeled AU55 or PR55? Or something near there? How did you acquire it? For how much? This is potentially a $20,000 coin. I don't like the letters but can't tell from these images what it may be. I will say it is of questionable authenticity from what can be seen. A coin of this value should never be in a holder from anything other than a top TPG like PCGS or NGC. It needs professional, in-hand authentication.

It is guaranteed but once I remove it from the current holder they won't stand by it anymore.

How long does the seller "guarantee" it and accept returns? I would keep it in its current slab as to not affect return privileges, and send it off to one of the major TPG's, PCGS, NGC, or ANACS for authentication. That's a big gamble for a potential problem coin. $14,000 is problem free AU money. Best of luck and keep us posted.

Who is the seller? I'm not sure I'd trust a guarantee from somebody on HiBid. Would one of the legit TPGs leave it in the holder and also grade it? That PGA label looks intended to mimic an NGC label, but that's a separate topic.

Unfortunately you have stumbled upon Christian Lyche, a quick Google search will tell you everything you need to know about him. The slab and guarantee is useless IMHO - basement variety. I'd get a TPG on it, at the very least take it to a local coin dealer and get a semi-professional opinion. Grade is one thing, I'd question authenticity.

i second getting a professional opinion. it might also behoove you to either do more research or hire an intermediary to help with authentication when buying coins like this. the cost of having a experienced third party verify the authenticity is a small percentage of this coins potential value. you wouldn't buy a car without having it checked by your mechanic or a house without an inspection. this is no different.
there are 4 accepted slabbing companies in the usa. ICG, ANACS, NGC and PCGS. anybody else is just making fancy holders in their basement. that "slab" is the same thing as a cardboard flip in terms of buyer protection and market acceptance.

The good news....All of the diagnostics look good, however it looks like a proof, not an MS striking. There was only 1 die pair that should be considered MS and that is the Snow-3. There appears to be the die chip around the top part of N in Cent, which likely makes this the S-9, the most common variety of the date seen.
Now....the bad news. This coin has been heavily cleaned from the images. In addition to the cleaning, there appears to be either strike throughs or damage on the reverse. Both of these factors GREATLY reduce the value of this coin.

I think you can do a lot better than this for $14K. I would return it for all the reasons listed above and search more reputable sites for better value.
