I personally do not collect these but have a work friend who favors the quarters so I bring him all that I come across. if you enjoy these then you can look forward to the circulating commemorative examples that will be released with the USA Sesquicentennial in 2026.

I did collect both the halves and quarters for the longest time. More recently, in an effort to streamline my collection, I've spent them all. Hopefully some end up in your hands @jvc!

No, but I save all I find for a friend who does. I have supplied him with a couple of hundred of them over the past 4-5 years. (I search quarter boxes regularly).
As there are 1,669,902,855 out there from the P and D mints, they are rather easy to find.

I had a bunch of the halves from checking rolls for 40%, sold them for $1 to local dealer

I don't collect them, but do keep an eye out for the bicentennial quarter from the Denver mint. Very rare, but there is a classic DDO out there. I found one in a roll several years ago:

I don't 'collect' them, but If I come across one, I take it out of circulatuaion and stack it with the others in my closet.

I don't collect them because with how many of them were made, a circulated one will never be worth more than face value within my lifetime. Same goes for State Quarters, ATB Quarters, Westward Journey nickels, etc.

Very nice! I have examples in my collection and will admit I have a difficult time spending them after being found in circulation.

Quarters yes, halves no. Ike's yes, but I keep all of them no matter the year.

I have a completed set of the modern quarters and don't actively collect them. Bicentennials don't do anything for me. I've certainly spent a lot of them though. As for the Kennedy's, again I don't collect them but, I have tubes of the '64's.
You have a very nice collection of them!

I have a P & D of the quarter, half and dollar in my collection and a handful of extras that I'll eventually pass out to the kiddies. It's not something I look for though.

The Bicentennial set is quite a nice set in both clad and silver. Many collectors don't realize that when graded MS 67 or 68, they are quite valuable. Especially true for the quarter (MS 67 $125 and 68 $4,000+. -PCGS)
