Hi Everybody!
First post! Wanted to start by saying thank you to everyone for the wealth of knowledge ya'll share with the world here!
So I recently started going through the coin collection my father started with me when I was about 10.
Besides moving it with all my stuff countless times over the years, I never really touched it.
It is mostly small cent [lincoln wheat years] and I have found a couple I wanted to get some opinions on (will post others soon).
How many errors do you see on this guy? I got 3 so far. Thanks for your time!
Sorry if the picture is sub par, I spent a good 15mins on it so it is what it is.

Welcome to the forum. There is a very slight Rim Fin, and several die chips although die chips aren't really considered errors. Are you seeing something else?

I see no errors here, but I see 3 die chips (one is a broken post on the 'B', a chip on the 9 and 5. These are all very common for the 1950's coins.

I also would like to see what else you have in your collection.

and with seeing several die chips. Also there appears to be a nick or circulation hit just n/w of the L in LIBERTY on the rim.

I am going to suggest you tell us what YOU see. Most of the people you want to give opinions won't bother with guessing games.

I highly agree and suggest what Bstrauss said:

And in the pictures, sorry but I see nothing worth noting that would be collectable to the coin hobby.

Why?

Unfortunately ebay shyster "L@@K RARE ERROR COIN!" auctions and social media have newbies thinking that anything odd on a coin has to be a valuable mint error.

Nothing could be further from the truth. Coins have had imperfections on them the hobby has been ignoring for years b/c they are common. Small die chips, small die cracks, polished off details (the notorious and worthless "floating roof" fad) etc. will not retain any value over time. They are hyped up to get people to spend money on them.

Now I am not diminishing the fun someone might enjoy if they just want to look for them, but they are not noteworthy to the hobby in general. The biggest fan of such normal imperfections are people wanting more youtube views and ebayers trying to sucker people (granted, some ebayers do not know and are just following along).

BTW...help with pictures so you don't have to spend 15 minutes next time

To CCF! I agree with the comments. Die Chips are very common on the 1950's wheat cents.

One thing about your photo it is 100% better than the ones I take. I'm with everyone do not really see anything. I thing I usually get on 1957-d Lincoln cents is I have a lot of Machine Doubling on the coins.
