I voted struck through error due to the third pic... the second pic, with the gouge. looks PMD to me.

I see the dots in E Pluribus Unum and the bottom of the letters in the motto seem a bit thick, so I would guess some sort of doubling.

Judging by the egg shape of the dots I would have to say doubled die, but I could be wrong.

I voted just a common cent.With these Fantastic close up pictures and I still don't see anything,It's just a common cent to me and has no value.I'm sure on the other hand others see something and it has a value p

Well 8 had the correct answer. This is a doubled die reverse:

I found three of these. Note the price on the coins. I guess I didn't do too bad. I also found a 1937P-1DR-002 as well in the same roll. I't nice when this happens, just wish it would happen more often.

Nice finds--and fun quiz! Class VI doubling creates some interesting shapes on devices.

As an example of how distorted Class VI doubling can get, here's an Australia halfpenny I found:
There's a lot of evidence on this one, including the oval-shaped dots in .HALF PENNY.
