Large 9. I think they are spot on with this one. Really a no brainer. Just wanted to have a little fun. Color is off in this photo and any hairlines you see are on the holder.

I'll guess VG10 to break from the crowd. It does look like a nice piece.

Considering I just got a different date from this series back from NGC, i'd have to go Fine 12

PCGS has this at F-12. I agree. Looks like everyone was in the ball park. To me, this is a classic F-12 obverse and reverse. Unless it is raw on ebay......... then it is a VF-30.

I'd go VF20 (oops, just read last post)...guess I was a bit generous due to the reverse. Do you think this 1833 would go VF20 or ?

Halves can be tricky. I'd go F-12. 15 if the rims were stronger. Typical for this variety. On a great day it might go 20 if strike is considered. IMHO.

Assuming the hairlines are considered market-acceptable, I could see it going VF20. The clasp is technically not there, but given the wide variance of strike quality with Bust Halves I don't think that one feature is weighted appropriately for grading with this issue. The rest of the coin is there.

Comparing to my own, I'd say F15, and I really like the look!
However, I have no experience at all grading this series.
